误区:发制海参时一定要去掉海参内壁上的筋,否则他就会像牛皮筋一样影响海参的涨发。
部分人眼中的海参筋,其实是海参的内腺管。不知道大家注意到没有,海参有几排刺,就有几条内腺管。内腺管富含海参酸性黏多糖、海参素、核酸及18种氨基酸等活性物质,还含有硒、锌、铜、锰等30多种微量元素,扔掉实在是太可惜了。经过反复试验,我们发现,内腺管对海参的发制不会有任何影响。
